Third Reich, SA High Leader's Dagger, Carl Eickhorn, Solingen. SA High Leader’s Dagger, produced exclusively by Carl Eickhorn, Solingen, for senior officers of the Sturmabteilung (SA). This elite model was officially adopted in 1938 and remains among the most prestigious edged weapons of the period. The Damascus steel blade displays a beautiful, deep wave pattern and bears the gilt motto “Alles fur Deutschland” (“All for Germany”), together with the Eickhorn squirrel trademark in gilt cartouche. The hilt fittings are finely detailed with oak-leaf and acorn motifs in relief. The wooden grip bears the inset SA enamel badge and national eagle. The brown leather-covered scabbard with nickel-silver fittings and the chained suspension, featuring alternating motifs of swastikas and SA emblems. Good condition. Authenticity not guaranteed.
