Porcelain Officer’s Glass Intended for Export to France by the Compagnie des Indes, 18th Century. A rare export porcelain beaker painted in underglaze blue and gilt, likely produced in China for the French market during the 18th century. The decoration features standing soldiers with bayonets, royal crowns, monogram "RFV" military trophy motifs, and blue drapery elements. A gilt line encircles the base and rim. Marked on the underside with a Chinese seal in blue. A fine example of cross-cultural artistic exchange during the period of the French East India Company. Height: 10 cm.
