Printing house of F. Belkhatovsky in Petrokov. Title page with some marginal notations and later ownership descriptions. The volume is bound in a original hardcover with a worn leather spine showing signs of age and wear. R. Solomon ha-Kohen Rabinowich of Radomsk (1803–1866), a hasidic zaddik studied in the yeshivah of Piotrkow under R. Abraham Zevi, author of the responsa Berit Avraham (1819). His father educated him in Hasidism. In 1834 R. Solomon was appointed rabbi of Radomsk, and from 1843 he was accepted as a hasidic rabbi. R. Solomon's teachings were in the spirit of the popular trend of Polish Hasidism. An important piece of Judaica, representing the scholarship and spiritual teachings of the Polish Hasidic tradition in the late 19th century.
