Folding Knife with Political Iconography, Germany, Marked “Solingen 1932”. A historically significant folding knife produced in Solingen, Germany, around 1932, featuring detailed relief decoration related to the political propaganda of the early 1930s. The metal handle with a full-length portrait of a uniformed figure on one side, with the name “Adolf Hitler” inscribed. The reverse bears oak leaves, the motto “Deutschland erwache!”, and a national emblem of the period. The stainless-steel blade is etched “Rostfrei - Stainless - Solingen 1932” and numbered “722.” Such knives were souvenir or propaganda items, manufactured privately in limited series during the pre-election period that preceded the rise of the Third Reich. They were sold or distributed at rallies and events. Good condition. Overall length: approx. 18 cm open.
