Description

Extra rare, original sabre, Eastern Europe, Hungary, Poland or Ukraine, 17th - early 18th century. Steel curved blade without fuller, with the master's mark at the base, has natural wear from time. Steel hilt with a curved guard, wooden handle wrapped in original leather. Very rare collectible, similar, original items very rarely appear on sale, they were used by Ukrainian Cossacks and hussars of Hungary and Poland. Length 103 cm.
