Commemorative Pocket Watch, Panzer Troops, 1942, Nazi Germany, Third Reich. A rare German commemorative pocket watch, dating to 1942, complete with its brass presentation case. The silver-plated case of the watch bears a finely embossed Panzer tank motif beneath the national eagle emblem, both crisply detailed and emblematic of the period. The reverse is engraved with the date 1942 and serial number 6301. The dial is signed “Junghans”, with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds dial. Housed in its fitted round brass presentation box, the lid decorated in relief with a tank in oak-leaf wreath surmounted by an eagle, symbolizing armored forces. The box interior is lined with dark blue velvet. An evocative historical artifact representing German horological craftsmanship and wartime presentation traditions. Condition: good. Watch diameter: approximately 4.8 cm. Case diameter: approximately 7.5 cm.
