Headdress of the Life Guards Ataman Regiment, Russian Empire, 19th century. The base of the headdress is made of felt, a black bashlyk is sewn onto the top, and the hat is trimmed with black sheepskin around the circumference. The kutasy are made of a silver cord of very complex weaving. Very rare collector's item of the Russian Empire. Good condition. Height 14 cm.
