Engraving 1813 "The Battle of Austerlitz, December 2, 1805" by John Godefroy (1771 - 1839) after the monumental painting painted by Pascal Simon Gerard in 1810 and kept in Versailles. A masterpiece of military strategy, at sunrise (the famous sun of Austerlitz) Napoleon gained the upper hand over the Russian and Austrian armies. A wonderful engraving for collectors and interior decoration. Overall size 46x73 cm.
