Badge of the 147th Samara Infantry Regiment, Russia. An impressive and finely crafted centennial badge of the 147th Samara Infantry Regiment, established in 1798 and commemorated in 1898 during the reign of Emperor Nicholas II. The badge is made as a white-enamel Maltese cross, bearing the crowned cyphers of Emperors Paul I and Nicholas II on the side arms. The center features the coat of arms of Samara - a golden goat on a blue field within a gilt rococo shield topped with a crown. A beautiful and historically important Imperial Russian regimental badge, representing the long service and traditions of the 147th Samara Infantry Regiment. Хорошее состояние.
