The firearm features a side-by-side arrangement of long, smoothbore steel barrels mounted upon a masterfully carved walnut stock, which includes a finely checkered wrist and a pronounced cheek rest. The flintlock ignition system is executed with twin hammers and steel lock plates. Ornate steel furniture enhances the aesthetic appeal, particularly the trigger guard and buttplate, which are embellished with chased and engraved classical foliate scrolls and decorative motifs.
